Expertise
David
has over 20 years of experience in finance, contract management, accounting,
project management and software implementation. David specialized in
software configuration and deployment and has extensive industry
experience defense, systems integration, architecture, engineering,
environmental, and non-profit firms. His experience allows him to
provide customers with software-based solutions for these verticals
using his advanced skills with relational databases, and enterprise
resource planning (ERP) systems.
Prior
to joining Kinetek, David worked with the CBIS Federal, Inc (now CSC),
to implement Deltek System 1 in place of their mainframe to support the
Federal Systems Group's service divisions. David also worked with
smaller government contractors to increase the use and efficiency of
their ERP systems. Employment with these companies has given David
exposure to in-depth accounting and indirect rate submissions, project
management, government compliance, and financial analysis.
Most
recently, he held positions ranging from consultant to director of data
consulting for Deltek Systems, Inc. in
Herndon
,
Virginia . At Deltek, David spent much of his career providing data
conversion solutions to customers, with care to manage critical projects
for accuracy, and timeliness. As the director of data consulting,
David not only managed the scheduling and training of the group but he
also was able to complete many engagements simultaneously.
David

Old
Dominion
University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He is based on the East
