Expertise
Steve
has over 20 years of experience in finance, contract management, accounting,
and project management. Steve specialized in software configuration,
training and deployment and has extensive industry experience aerospace
and defense, systems integration, architecture, engineering,
manufacturing, utilities and non-profit firms.
His experience allows him to provide customers with
software-based solutions for these verticals using his advanced skills
with relational databases, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
and business intelligence/decision support solutions.
Steve
is the founding member, an integral part of Kinetek's service delivery,
a member of its business development and operations teams. His
diverse background allows him to provide expert advice in the areas of
project management, accounting and finance configuration, and
information extraction/dissemination.
Prior
to joining Kinetek, Steve worked with the FMC, Inc (now United Defense,
LLC), to implement several Deltek System 1 packages to support the
Defense Systems Group's service divisions and consolidated group.
This entity generated annual sales of $1 billion.
Employment with FMC, Inc. exposed Steve to in-depth accounting
and indirect rate submissions, project management, government
compliance, business development and financial analysis.
Most
recently, he held positions ranging from Consultant to Director Western
Region for Deltek Systems, Inc. in
Herndon
,
Virginia
. At
Deltek, Steve spent much of his career providing consulting solutions to
customers, with care to manage projects for timeliness, budgets, and
resources to meet their requirements.
As the Regional Director for Deltek’s Western region, Steve
managed a team that was responsible for client relations, consulting and
sales.
