Cecilia over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, contract management and project management in the government contracting arena. Cecilia is an integral part of Kinetek’s consulting team and her diverse background in the areas of systems design, project management, integration, accounting and finance allow her to provide an exceptional level of service to a wide variety of customers.  Her specialized skills in financial and project planning using Cognos applications brings yet another dimension to Kinetek's offerings in terms of services and products to Kinetek's core markets.

Cecilia specializes in the design and development of custom planning solutions, software configuration, training and deployment and has worked extensively in industries such as systems integration and technical services. Her experience allows her to provide customers with software-based solutions for these and other markets using her advanced design and integration skills.

Prior to joining Kinetek, Cecilia’s background includes planning and financial management at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), where she worked as Finance Manager for three of the five Government Services Divisions. From there, she joined SAR, a joint venture company which provided science support to NASA, as a Controller and Contracts Manager

More recently, she joined Deltek Systems, Inc. in Herndon, Virginia as a Systems Consultant. In her 15 years at Deltek, she expanded her ability to install and integrate accounting systems by designing much of the core of Deltek’s Costpoint system, developing and teaching training classes, including classes in Government Contracting, and installing and integrating Cognos Planning with various accounting databases. In her 15 years with the organization, she maintained a 100% success rate by providing exceptional customer service to his client base. Cecilia was able to combine her skills in finance, accounting, government contracting, and project management with high-end enterprise level software packages to offer customers of Deltek® superior solutions. Her depth of experience with different customers give her valuable insights into not only how best to operate the software, but how to design it to operate efficiently in diverse vertical markets.

Cecilia graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in Finance, summa cum laude, in 1984. Her professional career has been exclusively dedicated to supporting organizations in their efforts to provide concise, accurate and timely information to achieve their business objectives.
