We know at times having access with qualified experts, who have already worked through with your company’s IS group security requirements, is that assurance, and at times contingency, that your company must have.

ERP: We can provide a prepaid support service tailored to meet your company’s needs. Our support services never replace, nor do we recommend replacement of your vendors required software support. We offer support options that provide appropriate skilled members of Kinetek to be available for your company. We can create custom 888-Kinetek voice-mailboxes that are directed to the appropriate member’s phone, special email accounts, Sharepoint collaboration sites, on-site and remote access support options. If your plan requires that we have anytime remote access, then we would work up front with your IS support to assure a secure connection and ability to provide the remote support. We recognize that support can differ based on need, at times in days, other times in minutes.

Professional Staffing: Whether you need short or longer term support for key functional positions that require use of one of the products that we work with, Kinetek can offer staff at most levels of your organization. We have provided CFO, Controller, Production Control, Inventory Mangement, Report Writing, Budgeting and Forecasting staff to many of our clients. We offer this as a benefit to our clients, and we will work closely to find permanent staff.
